Hillview Speedway Club Inc will be holding the 2018 Annual General Meeting on Wedneasday July 4th, 2018.
The adgenda includes Annual Reports from committee and the declaration of vacant committee followed by elections for the 2018-19 Committee.
All positions will be declared vacant.
Nominations for committee positions are now open. Your nomination (proposed and seconded) should be emailed to The Secretary at Hillview-Speedway@outlook.com prior the meeting.
Members are reminded that meberships are now due for renewal for the 2018-19 season.
